1. How much does it cost?

Onthr3 makes photography affordable for everyone! Depending on the level of photographer you want to schedule for your session they range from $60, $100, or $150 per hour.

2. What is Onthr3?

Onthr3 is an on-demand photography service. Through our app you can find photographers in your area, with an array of experience levels, and book them with ease.

3. What if I am not happy with the photos?

Onthr3 is committed to making sure your experience is picture perfect. If you're not happy with your photos please let us know at info@onthr3.com.

4. What if I need to cancel my session?

You can cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your event you will be charged for the scheduled event.

5. How far in advance do I need to book a session?

Sessions can be booked up to 1 hour before the start of your event, or weeks in advance. You decide!

6. What is the difference between photographer levels?

Onthr3 has three levels of photographers you can choose from. Level I (Beginner, under 2 years of experience), Level 2 (Experienced, 2-4 years of experience), and Level 3 (Professional, more than 4 years of experience).

7. How are photographers selected for Onthr3?

Photographers sign up to be a part of the Onthr3 network, and once they have passed a background check and portfolio review, they may set their availability to be booked through the app.

8. What is the turnaround time for pictures?

You will receive unedited photos within 12 hours from the conclusion of your event. With every booking you recieve one one complimentary photo edit by our design team. Estimated turnaround time for edited photos is 72 hours. May vary depending on designer schedules and number of photos being edited.

9. What if my photographer cancels?

A new photographer will be assigned to your event automatically based on level and proximity to your event. If you don't like the assigned photographer you can cancel and rebook at no additional charge.

10. What if I have a dispute with my photographer?

It us our goal to make your event as amazing as possible. If there is an issue with an event, notify us at info@onthr3p.wpengine.com. We will investigate the issue and work to rectify it ASAP.

11. What types of events can I use Onthr3 photographers for?

You can use Onthr3 photographers for all kinds of events and outings as well as professional and staged photos. Whether you want photos of your birthday party or bachelorette, a new headshot or real estate photos for a portfolio, Onthr3 can help. Onthr3 will not do adult content.

12. Are my photos edited?

Although it is not mandatory, we encourage our photographers to lightly edit photos before delivering. This includes cropping, color correction, contrast, and exposure. If you would like your photos to be retouched (i.e skin smoothing, removing flyaway hairs, liquifying, etc.) you can request for your photos to be "beautified" through the app.

Photographers

1. How Much Will I Make?

Onthr3 has three different photographer segments: Level 1,2, & 3. Each level has specific set of qualifications that photographers must have, i.e. experience, equipment, portfolio. As well as, a set hourly pay rate: Level 1 - $45 | Level 2 - $75 | Level 3 - $112.50. Photographers are paid every Monday following the previous weeks bookings (Monday-Sunday)

2. Do I have to edit the photos?

Although we do not require your to edit photos before delivering, we strongly encourage all photographers to lightly edit them. This includes cropping, color correction, contrast, and exposure.

3. What if I need to cancel my session?

As a photographer, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to your event via the application and a new photographer will automatically be assigned to the event. Events cannot be canceled via the application within two hours of the start time of the event. If you cannot attend the event and did not cancel via the application, you will be marked as a No Show. Please notify the Onthr3 support team and inform the client. All No Shows are handled on a case by case basis. But can result in removal from the Onthr3 network.

4. How far in advance do I need to set my schedule (availability)?

Once you have been approved as an Onthr3 photographer you will be able to go in and set your availability through the app. You can adjust whenever you like and even set your availability on the day of. We suggest setting at least a month’s worth of availability.

5. What is the difference between photographer levels?

Onthr3 has three levels of photographers:. Level I (Beginner -under 2 years of experience) Level 2 (Experienced, 2-4 years of experience) Level 3 (Professional more than 4 years of experience).

6. What is being checked in my background check?

Once you submit your application to Onthr3, a background check will be run to check for any felony or violent criminal history.

7. When do I need to get clients their photos by?

All event pictures must be uploaded to the event within 12 hours of the event end time. All pictures not loaded within 12 hours of the event will be handled on a case by case basis.

8. What if my client cancels?

Photographers are not paid for canceled events.

9. What if I have a dispute with my client?

In your description and portfolio you showcase the types of work you are interested in photographing so we can match you with the clients who best fit Onthr3 will not do adult content.
